He was predeceased by: his parents, A. N. Campbell and Ruth Posey Campbell; and his siblings, Joey Campbell and Cassie Campbell. He is survived by: his siblings, Debbie Amos (Dwight) of Tullahoma, Donna Kelly of Oak Ridge, TN and Tracy Miller (Chris) of Tullahoma; his nieces and nephews, Matt Campbell, Justin Allen, Jennifer Holt, Angela Johnson, Jason Miller and Tanya McCallie; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sawyer, Graham, Miles, Brodie, Lillian, Jackson, Jace, Gavin, Camille, Levi, Aleah and Spencer; his close friend Polly; and his cousin John England. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
