He is survived by: his mother Barbara Powell; his siblings, Angie Tipton (Lee) and Tommy Powell (Janet); and his nieces and nephews, Matt Tipton, Clay Tipton, Nathan Powell, Amanda Powell Pruitt and Katie Tipton Parham.
