She was predeceased by: her parents, David Homer and Lucy Elizabeth Eskew (Dill); her husband T. C. Chandler; and her siblings, Carlos Eskew, James Eskew, Martin Eskew, Ray Eskew and Estell Rosser.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Bales (David) of Huntingdon and David Chandler of Charlotte; her sister Ruth Bennett of Huntingdon; and her grandchildren, Michael Bales (Kim) and Joey Bales. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
