He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Wallace of Huntingdon, Tennessee; his children, Kimberly Butler (Kristie) of Medina, Tennessee, John R Wallace Jr. of Trenton and Joshua Wallace (Tanya) of Altoona, Florida; his stepchildren, Rani Frieszell (Robert) of Umatillia, Florida and David Benton of Leesburg, Florida; his sister Marie Bowling of Cleveland, Tennessee; and his stepbrother Gary Alday (Linda) of Monticello, Florida. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren.
