He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack DePriest and Letta DePriest (Beal); his former wife Carolyn DePriest; and his siblings, Frances Robinson, Ruby Allen, Edward DePriest, Bobby DePriest, William DePriest and Howard DePriest.
He is survived by: his wife Doris DePriest (Kee); his children, Jo Carol Nipps (Randy) of Nashville, Michelle Davidson (Darin) of Nashville and Rickey DePriest (Patti) of Huntingdon; and his sister Faye Carter of Huntingdon. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
