He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Leon and Opal Velma Masterson (Dyer); his wife Margaret Masterson; and his siblings, Evelyn Faye Elliott, Floyd Leon Masterson and Charles Roy Masterson.
He is survived by: his sister Louise Burlison of Jackson; and his stepdaughter Patricia "Sis" Parks (Charles) of Covington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
