He was predeceased by: his father Robert Smith; and his brothers, William "Spoony" Chapter, Eddie Dean Smith and Gayland Smith. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Smith; his children, Franklin Smith (Tequila), Tanya Choyce (James), Sharri Smith-Lockhart and Britany Smith; his siblings, Mattie Lyons, Ricky Scates and Robert Smith Jr.; and also, Bertie Lou Warbritton and Gina Rainey. He is also survived by grandchildren, brother in laws, sister in laws, nieces and nephews.
It was Frankie's request that in lieu of flowers please direct donations to the Parkers Chapel Cemetery Fund or the American Cancer Society.
