He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorris Harris and Frances Harris (Gallimore). He is survived by: his wife Fredia Melton Turner Harris; his daughters, Lisa Markle (Michael) of Dresden and Lora Winchester (Michael) of Athens; and his stepchildren, Lisa Hutcherson of Bruceton, Misty Mitchell (David) of Trezevant and Chad Turner of McLemoresville. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bethlehem Cemetery (285 Bethlehem Church Rd, Huntingdon, TN 38344).
