He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Clark Parham and Susie Elizabeth Ledsinger Parham; and his brothers, Jimmy Parham and Jackie Parham. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Parham; his children, Andrea Batey of Camden, Tennessee and Ethan Parham (Amber) of Huntingdon, Tennessee; his siblings, Janice Watson of Huntingdon, Tennessee, Billy Parham (Brooksie) of Huntingdon and Ronnie Parham (Sandra) of Illinois; his grandchildren, Keleah Smith (Scott), Macee Bailey, Ryleigh Bailey, Alyssa Algood, Lani Batey and Piper Parham; and his great grandchildren, Brentley Smith and Ryan Smith.
Memorial may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
