He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Graden "Mutt" Massey and Lou Inez Chandler Massey; and his siblings, James Harvey Massey, Neil Stanley Massey, Franklin Delano Massey of Lee Daniel, Floyd Junior Massey, Joyce Evelyn Massey Butler, Peggy Sue Massey and Cynthia Faye Massey.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Lowery (Steven) of Lebanon, Karen Heyduck (Mike) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Stuart Massey (Kim) of Bells, Tennessee; and his sisters, Judy Massey Lowery of Camden and Wanda Faye Massey Burdan of Cedar Lake, Indiana. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dilday-Carter Funeral Home (650 High St, Huntingdon, TN 38344). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
