She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Milam and Sadie Blow Milam. She is survived by: her husband Ray McCormick of Huntingdon, Tennessee; her daughters, Vicki Cannizzo (Gary) of Nashville, Susan Fisher of Huntingdon, Jan Scarbrough (Gerald) of Huntingdon and Shelley Gurley of Huntingdon, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Erich Moody, Matt Moody (Kelly), Megan Moody, Lindsey Johnson (Justin), Courtney Cole (Matt), Loren Hatfield (Dusty), Brinn Avery (Austin), Heather Gurley (Kevin Wilkes), Brandon McCormick (Jessica) and Dylan Gurley; and her pet Beau. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
