She is survived by: her children, Lynda Medlock of McKenzie, Tiffany Chaney of Huntingdon, Marsha Michelle Forrest of Huntingdon, Marvin Forrest of Huntingdon and Jackie Forrest of Hollow Rock. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
