He is survived by: his wife Jean Western Cook; his children, Paul Cook (Cathy) of Eva, AL, Jeff Arnold (Stephanie) of Panama City, FL and Amy White (Barry) of Rutherford; his siblings, James Cook (Frances) of Haleyville, AL and Dianne Jackson of Haleyville, AL.; his grandchildren, Brian, Brock, Crimson, Candance, Brandi, Maryann, Matt, Hunter, Jessica, Candace, Tyler and Nick; his nephews, Toby Cook, Robert Cook and Chris Scoles; and his niece Christy Cook. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
