She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Cole and Isabel Scobey Cole; her husband Felix R. Dowsley; her daughter Susan Scobey Dowsley; and her sister Carole Cole Clark.
She is survived by: her sons, J. Cole Dowsley (Connie) and Felix R. Dowsley III (Susie); her grandchildren, Catherine Payne (Jay), Clayton Cooper (Dana), Cole Dowsley Jr. (Nicole), Joseph Dowsley (Sarah), Ashley Dowsley, Felix S. Dowsley (Anna), Gray Dowsley (Kelsea) and Jude Kelley; and her great grandchildren, Davis, Caldwell, Collins, Forrest, Crew Payne, Carolyn, Anna, Eben Dowsley, Miles Dowsley and Felix P. Dowsley.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Faith Community Church (1528 Presbyterian Dr, Humboldt, TN 38343). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Inurnment will follow the service in Rosehill Cemetery, The family requests that memorials be directed to Faith Community Church, 1528 Presbyterian Drive, Humboldt, TN 38343, or to a charity of your choice.
