She was predeceased by: her parents, David Lewis and Ruth Nolan Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Charles Wingate; and her sons, David Wingate (Jocelyn) of Humboldt and Scott Wingate of Memphis. She is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
