She is survived by: her husband Jerry Buchanan; her siblings, John Little, Fred Little and Linda Ambrose; her children, William Chappell, Jr., Donna Howell (Jason) of Humboldt and Jennifer Flores of Humboldt; her grandchildren, Jimmy Goolsby, Chelsey Chappell, Dion Flores, Stacey Flores and Nicholas Chappell; and her great grandchild Carter Goolsby.
