She is survived by: her children, Ray Thomas, Sylvia Johnson (Marvin) and Marilyn Hooker (Rickey); her siblings, Mattie Morton, Mary Scott and George Lewis Fields; and her grandchildren, Natasha Osborn, Tharon Johnson, Jonathan Thomas (Yaari), Felicia Mayfield (Clay), Marc Thomas, Lanny Thomas, Brad Johnson (Dori), Kristin Thomas and Lainya Thomas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
