He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas G. Parker and Mary Klopp Parker. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Parker; his son Douglas Gray Parker, III; his mother-in-law LaOuida McKnight; and his brother-in-law Mack McKnight (Ronda). He is also survived by two nieces, one nephew, and several cousins.
Due to COVID-19, there will be a celebration of life at a later date.
