He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Lewis and Annie Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Donna K. Sanders-Lewis; his children, Christopher Jordan Lewis of Saint Louis, William Haden Lewis of Murray, Kentucky and Hannah Katherine Lewis of Paducah, Kentucky; his stepson Scott Sanders (Megan) of Gibson, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Leyton Sanders and Easton Sanders. He is also survived by one brother; two sisters.
