He was predeceased by: his children, Tiffany and Adam Haley; and his parents, Robert Haley and Mary Haley. He is survived by: his wife Janie Haley of Covington; his stepchildren, Michael Poole and Shawnee Shaw; his daughter Stacey Williams; his siblings, Cheri Randolph and Jim Haley; and his grandchildren, Tyler Ng and Sophie Ng. He is also survived by four step grandchildren.
