He is survived by: his parents, Larry Ballentine and Alice Kimble Ballentine of Humboldt; his daughter Hillary Ayden Ballentine of Jackson; his close friend Tara Parker of Humboldt; his sister Heather Ballentine Kennada (Daniel) of Kentucky; and his niece Allie Kennada of Kentucky.
