He is survived by: his parents, Roy B. Shirley, Sr. and Joy Ann Ray Shirley of Hornbeak, Tennessee; his sons, Brad Shirley (Rebekah) of Des Moines and Christopher Shirley (Candy) of Springfield, Missouri; his close friend Brandy Jackson of Hornbeak, Tennessee; and his sisters, Jessica Fowler (Carl) of Hornbeak and Laura Bryson (Jimmy) of Kingsland. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
