He is survived by: his children, Ralph Duke of Rutherford, TN, John Perry Duke of California, Kristin Ashe of Newbern, TN and Elysia Duke of Murray, KY; his siblings, John Ray Duke of Huntsville, AL, Paul Robert Duke of Illinois and Doris Gamez of Dyersburg; and his grandchildren, Amanda Floyd of Newbern, TN, Joshua Duke and John Duke.
