He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Bentley of Hornbeak, TN; his children, Debra Bentley Winn (Mark) of Rainbow City, AL, Ray Bentley (Jennifer Hearn Bentley) of Olive Branch, MS and Clayton Bentley (Jennifer Bargery Bentley) of Tiptonville, TN; his grandchildren, Candice Nelson, Darrell Dunn, Amber Lumley, Kailee Bentley, Ava Bentley, Dax Bentley, Lauren Grace Bentley and Leah Claire Bentley; and his great grandchildren, Baylor Dunn, Brinlee Dunn, Laykin Dunn, Gracee Nelson, Parker Nelson and Macee Nelson.
