He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Keith Mayhall of Pillowville and Catherine Mayhall (Faulkner) of Union City; his son Brayden Mayhall of Hornbeak; his grandmother Evelyn Mayhall of Union City; his parents-in-law, Alice Hawks of Hornbeak and Jeff Spicer of Hornbeak; and his sister-in-law Belinda Harris of Friendship. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
