She was predeceased by: her parents, Buster Riley and Lueveney Knight Riley; her husband Paul Crowell, Sr.; and her siblings, James A. Riley, Johnny Howard Riley, Tommy Riley, Margie Riley, Elizabeth "Lizzy" Wilson, Viola Erwin and Maybel Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Angelia K. Hodge (Dewayne) of Hornbeak, Paul Crowell, Jr. (Angela) of Hornbeak and Edmond Crowell of Hornbeak; and her siblings, Larry Riley of Hornbeak, William Riley of Newbern and Carrie Kiddy of Elbridge. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
