She is survived by: her brother Archie Larry; her parent Lizzy Alice Tolley (Morton); her spouse Billy Staggs; her daughter Felicia Price of Troy; her granddaughter Katelyn Price of Troy; her brother Nelson Tolley of Kenton; and also, Melvin Price of Troy and Diane Tolley of Kenton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
