She was predeceased by: her parents, Taylor Smothers and Hettie Smothers (Noles); and her brother Byron Smothers. She is survived by: her husband Hal Eason; her daughters, Jennifer Ruth Roney of Bruceton and Sara Beth Eason of Bruceton; her siblings, Nelda Durham (Melvin) of Waverly and Ernie Smothers (Stacey) of Hollow Rock; and her granddaughters, Ella Ruth and Taylor Beth.
