He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Victor Hall and Nellie Alberta Bennett Hall; and his siblings, Shirley Hall French, Diane Hall Paschall and Gary Hall.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Carter (Melissa) of Mansfield, TN, Kimberly Hall Snider (Paul) of Water Valley, MS and Joel Hall (Casey) of Hollow Rock, TN; his brother-in-law David Paschall of Mansfield, TN; his grandchildren, Robert Griffin (Destiny), Bethany Anderson (Tyler), Kaela Carter and Kaylee Hall; and his great grandchildren, Haisley Carter Griffin, Ava Riley Griffin and Ellie Kate Anderson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
