She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Lewis and Doris Curran Lewis; and her sister Tammy Phipps. She is survived by: her children, Richard Zar of Hollow Rock, TN. and Cassie Townsend (Matthew) of Bruceton, TN.; her sisters, Ellen Maddox of Brownsville, TN, Christy Lubben of Holladay, TN and Christina Milton of Bruceton, TN.; and her grandchildren, William, Brayden, Cayden, Mason, Jordan, Mattilynn and McKinley.
