She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Cooper and Clara Cooper (Crews); her husband R. H. Crutchfield; and her siblings, Roland Cooper, Virginia Harris, Nellie Hicks and Marie Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Crutchfield (Melissa) and Cathy Smith of Hollow Rock; her brother Chuck Cooper (Sandy) of Huntingdon; her granddaughter Amanda Hankins (Corey) of Lavinia; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Hankins, Cy Hankins, Ripken Hankins and Maris Hankins.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
