We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2023, at the age of 77, Virginia Nell Mays of Holladay, Tennessee, born in Benton, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Connie Lee Bawcum; her children, J. D. Davis and Christy Mays; and her brother McDaniel Bawcum. She is survived by: her children, Charles Davis of Holladay, TN, Melissa Depriest of Holladay, TN and Renae Mays. She is also survived by Four Grandchildren Two Great Grandchildren.
