He is survived by: his wife Vivian Huggins of Holladay, TN; his children, Timothy Wayne Huggins Jr. (Michelle) of Florence, SC, Andrew Nelson Huggins (LeeAnne) of Temple, TX, Adrienne Teddlie (Damon) and Bryanna Allison (Charles) of Michie, TN.; his siblings, Brian Huggins of Selmer, TN. and Dorothy Cloud (Gary) of Murfreesboro, TN.; his grandchildren, Audrey Dougherty (Sebastian), Alexander Daigre, Hannah Huggins, Meredith Huggins, Scarlett Allison, Olivia Huggins, Shawn Eads and Lilyanne Eads; and his great grandchildren, Maliki and Sage.
