He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Lee Bogan; his wife Katherine Oneta Bogan; his daughter Jeanie Bogan; his stepdaughter Deborah Lynn Howie; and his siblings, William Earl Bogan, Joseph Leon Bogan and Catherine Laverne Tatum.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Jean Howard-Bogan (Jamie), Thomas W. Bogan Jr. (Stephanie Coe), Collins and Richard Howie (Maggie); his stepdaughter Diane Scott (Jimmy); his caregiver Patricia Broughton; and his great grandchild Along. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren.
