With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelly Jensen-Hawks of Holladay, Tennessee, born in DeKalb, Illinois, who passed away on June 10, 2023 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Jensen and Carrie Mae Jensen (Davidson); her husband Audie Hawks; her brother William "Billy" Jensen; and her sister-in-law Brenda Meeks.
She is survived by: her daughter Carrie Jensen (Brian Coffee); and her siblings-in-law, Linda Dyer, Glenda Meeks, Zenda Meeks, Zandra Broadway, Donna Baskette, Karen Smith and Julian Hawks.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or any charity for children or animals.
