She was predeceased by: her husband Billy J. Cagle; her parents, Bernice Hays and Harrison Hays; and her daughter Joetta Cagle. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Joe Cagle of Parsons, TN and Bobby Joe Cagle of Parsons, TN; and her siblings, William Hays of Holladay, TN, Kathy Hays of Holladay, TN and Etta Mallard of Dyersburg, TN. She is also survived by 4 Grandchildren; 7 Great Grandchildren.
