She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Dallas Nichols and Janis Hazel Webb Nichols. She is survived by: her children, Schuyler Nichols of Bowling Green, KY, Megan McCarn (Tate) and Alyson Perry (Alex) of Big Sandy, TN; her brothers, Jesse Nichols (Bev) of Paris, TN and Dan Nichols (Angela) of Buchanan, TN; her grandchildren, Karson McCarn and Karter McCarn; and her mother-in-law Nancy Radka.
