She is survived by: her husband Donald R. Goforth; her children, Donna Rae Gaia (Chris), Barbara Lynn Myers and John "Eric" Goforth (Shelley); her sister Cathy Stonebrook (Herb); and her great grandchild Along. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren.
