He is survived by: his wife Voncille Renfroe Oevermann of Holladay, TN; his daughters, Teresa Blackstock (Donnie) of Decaturville and Carol Tubbs (Tony) of Holladay, TN; and his siblings, Edwin H. Oevermann of Houston, TX, Natalie Ginn of Burton and Rosa Lee Kenjura of Brenharm. He is also survived by Five Grandchildren Ten Great Grandchildren.
