He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Quinn and Marshall Quinn; his daughter Susan Quinn; and his sisters, Marcia Tolley and Geraldine Bradfield.

He is survived by: his wife Shelia Quinn of Holladay, TN; his son Josh Quinn (Jennifer) of Parsons, TN; his stepsons, Mike Rushing and Steve Middleton of Parsons, TN; his brother Dewey Quinn of Bath Springs, TN; and his grandchildren, Abby Quinn, Jacelyn Middleton and Kanin McKnight.
