He is survived by: his wife Heather Stone; his children, Whitney Goad, Amy Anderson and Earnest Stone III; his stepsons, David Jackson, Damian Mulliniks and Jordan Mulliniks; and his siblings, Jonathan Stone and Cynthia Yance. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren.
