He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston A. Gandy and Janell Blackwell Gandy; his wife Sheryl Gandy; and his siblings, Patrick Gandy and Brenda Wedgeworth.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jenell Gandy, Jennifer Gandy and Joanna Cox (William); his sisters, Rhonda Byrd and Gloria James; and his grandchildren, Jasmyn, Jasyn and Justyn Souza.
