He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Harrison Skelton and Bessie Ann Skelton (Fain); and his wife Lucy Skelton. He is survived by: his close friend Lucy Davidson; his children, Philip Skelton (Michelle) of Hodgenville, KY, Deborah Skelton Johnston (Doug) of Madison, AL and Kristy Skelton Rupe of Huntsville, AL; his grandchildren, Chandler Skelton, Kyndall Skelton, Olivia Johnston, Jack Rupe and Morgan Rupe; his great grandchild Elijah Skelton; and his sister Doris "Dot" Osborne.
