He is survived by : his wife Brenda Talley Helentjaris; his children, Thomas Cody (TC) of Celina, Nicholas David (Melissa) of Charlottesville and Jamie Banks (Shannon) of Hohenwald and Starr Smith (David Riley) of Jackson; his siblings, Dave Helentjaris (Linda) of Celina, OH and Linda Creiglow of Tompkinsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Theodora, Katie, Evan, Ciara, Sam, Saige, Chilton, Ty, Cade and Bo. He is also survived by six greatgrandchildren.
