She is survived by: her parents, James Lee and Victoria Lee; her husband Carroll Luchard; her children, Kassidy Perkins (Josh), Karen Rhoades (Chris) and Trey Anthamatten (Kaley); her grandchildren, Tiffany, Caleb, Carlton, Blaze, Hazel and Charleigh Faith; her sisters, Shelley Rogers (Billy) and Jamie Lee (Jason); her stepson Tommy Luchard (Kayla); and her child Tessia. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
