He is survived by: his son Eddie Smith (Melissa); his granddaughters, Shannon Codner (Jason), Whitney Smith, Kelsey Smith and Emme Smith; his great grandchild Alivia Smith of Kian Codner; his significant other Joyce Sealey; his friend Berry Little (Kaila); his grandchildren, Alayna Little and Isabella Little; and his siblings, Nolan Hay, L. C. Hay (Debbie), Betty Turner (late Charles), Sarah Griggs (Roy), Tommy Hay, Gary Hay and Darlene Richardson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
