She is survived by: her husband Tommy Gallagher; her children, Jeff Galagher, Jason Gallagher (Pam) and Tammy Fuller (Bobby); her sister JoAnn Neal; her grandchildren, Austin White, Tionnie Roberts, Landon Gallagher and Nicole Gallagher; and her great grandchildren, Kentrell and Elaine.
