He was predeceased by: his parents, Pastor Lemuel Edward Grimes and Carmie Nell Graves Grimes. He is survived by: his son Larry; and his cousins, Mac McLemore, Helen Brewer, Wayne Tatum (Kay), Marsha Johnston, Mike Tatum, Lisa Carroll, Tony Grimes, Bobby, Sue Sharp, Randy and Tracy Hankins.
