It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ellen Richardson (Hohenwald, Tennessee), born in Bangor, Maine, who passed away on January 16, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Major Albert Luis Hamel and Jacqueline Malita Kelly; her brother Bruce Hamel; and her nephew David Hamel. She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Blanchette (Doug) of Hohenwald; her grandchildren, Christopher, Brandon and Jacqueline Blanchette; her great grandchild William Blanchette; her nephew Joseph Hamel; and her niece Alicia Hart. She is also survived by her kids, grand kids and great grandchild.
