He is survived by: his children, Pam Carroll (William), Tommy James (Loree), Sharlene Hensley (Nathan) and Charissa Weaks (Royde); his grandchildren, Keith Carroll, Nick Carroll, Chris James, Sara James, Zach Hensley, Royeanne Weaks, Hannah Weaks, Brooke Weaks and Olivia Weaks; and his great grandchild Jesse Hensley.
